Conditions
Gîtes La Maison and La Bergerie and the Suites 'Jardin' and 'a la Jambe' are rented per week or per night (with a minimum of 2 nights and only in low- and midseason). The week starts on Saturday at 16.00 hours and ends the following Saturday at 10.00 hours.
Prices include tourist-tax, electricity (from may till novembre), gas, water, bedclothes (once a week), towels (twice a week), kitchen-towels and cleaning of the house at the end of the week.
On booking we would like you to pay a 50% deposit of the total sum. The reservation is definite as soon as this deposit has been received by us.
The remaining sum of the payment and a deposit of € 250,-, has to be paid on arrival at the latest. It is not possible to pay by credit-card or pin-card.
The price for extra beds (only possible in gite La Maison), with a maximum of 2, is
€ 125,- per bed, per week (€ 25,- per night) .
A cot and children's chair are available on demand without extra charges.
Pets are allowed with notice in advance.
Smoking inside the house is not allowed.
Cancellations
On cancellation we will charge the following costs;
- Until 2 months before arrival: 10% of the total rent.
- Between 2 months and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total rent.
- From 2 weeks before arrival until the day of leaving: the total rent.
